Woofie, now named Titan by his foster parents, is up for adoption.

He was one of the 3 pups rescued Nov last year, after being beaten with a shovel in the Noupoort township.

Titan1

Titan landed himself a FOSTER home (not permanent) in JHB where he is being schooled in being a presentable

Canine Citizen to any prospect forever home. Thank you so much to Christa and hubby.

If you are from the “big city”, but always yearned for a little piece of the Karoo or something to remind your

thereof, now is your chance to partner up with your very own Karoo Mutt, all the way from Noupoort in the Karoo.

His foster mom adds that he is 99% house trained, very good with other dogs of all sizes and not destructive, but plays

with his designated toys. He also walks well on a leash.

Titan is a friendly little guy, eager to please, and promise to love you forever and ever and ever ….. you get the picture…

To adopt Titan,  contact 072 1762 175 or [email protected]

Awaiting your call …

Titan also asked to tell his story : …

Hi All kind people

My name was Woofie but is now Titan, before those names, I did not have a name, I was just “dog”.

Life did not start out too good for me and my brother and sis – we were shout and cursed at a lot in the home where we were born.

Then one day the one human got REALLY angry with us and next thing we know we were beaten nearly unconscious with something

that hurt a lot! Lucky for us one of the little humans in the house did not like us being hurt and went to seek help from Aunty Courtney –

the Animal Angel in Noupoort (we soon learned).

She took us and tended to our wounds, my poor sis nearly didn’t make it, but pulled through. For the first time I learned that humans

can be good and kind as well and not just cruel like we’ve come to experience and accept. I also learned a new word : LOVE. That is a

VERY GOOD word.

To make a long story short, Aunty Courtney could not keep us forever, even though we would have love that, because she cares for

A GREAT LOT of doggies. And she explained that she will help find us homes with our very own special humans who will love us forever

and never be cruel to us or hurt us again. And also so that she can again help other doggies who have been hurt like us.

A very kind lady from JHB, whom I later learned is called “Foster Mommy” offered to take me in temporary and care for me while Aunty Courtney and the people helping her, search for a forever home for me, so off I went on this l-o-n-g trip to JHB!! It was quite exciting for a doggie who has never left the borders of Noupoort!

My foster Mommy and Daddy are just PAWESOME!! And foster Mommy is learning me to be a good doggie and tells me that I am a very clever boy –

ain’t she just the BEST!!

But now it’s time for me to spread my paws and find that FOREVER HOME that everybody is talking about. So if you know where I can find that, please

call Aunty Erma on the number given. She will be taking my calls.

Kisses and licks from clever boy, Titan.
