Pluto is a gorgeous 2-year-old male Shepherd mix with the softest soul and the bravest heart 💙
For over three months, Pluto lived as a stray — scared, alone, and unsure if humans were safe. Loud noises, sudden movements, and people terrified him. Trust wasn’t something he understood… until kindness slowly showed him otherwise 🌱
With the help of some truly incredible humans, Pluto’s world changed.
After months of patience, he was finally safely caught and began his journey to healing.
He received all his vet care and then went on to T’shinga Kennels, where our precious David has worked gently and consistently to help Pluto feel safe again. We know Pluto is in the very best hands 🤍
And wow… what a transformation ✨
With warm meals, a comfy bed, time, and love, Pluto started to trust.
Once he chooses you as his person, he is deeply loving, gentle, and loyal. He’s learned to sit, wait, stay, and how to be the best boy. He walks beautifully on leash, enjoys calm strolls, gets along well with other dogs, and lives for peaceful couch naps 🛋️🐶
Garden zoomies? Yes please! 🌿
Toys? Still a bit confusing… but we believe a loving home will help him discover the fun 🎾
Pluto is now ready for his forever home. He needs a family who understands rescue dogs — people with patience, kindness, and a calm energy. In return, you’ll gain a sensitive, devoted companion who forms strong bonds and loves quietly but deeply 💞
We’d love to match Pluto with a medium to large female dog to be his bestie 🐕🐾
He hasn’t met or interacted with cats before.
He also hasn’t lived with children, but with his gentle nature, we believe he’ll do well with thoughtful introductions to kiddies.
Pluto didn’t always know what safety felt like.
