For 8 long years, Picasso has waited. Watched others come and go. Hoped, day after day, that this would be his moment… and yet, he’s still waiting to be chosen 🥹
Now 10 years old, some may see an “old dog”… but those who truly meet him see the truth – a young heart bursting with life, joy, and personality.
Picasso hasn’t let the years dull his spirit. Not even close.
He greets each day with excitement, still wagging, still hopeful, still believing his person is out there.

🥾 Walks and hikes? His absolute favorite
🎓 Training? He lives to show off his clever tricks — sit, down, paw, stay… he knows them all and beams with pride.
He’s social with other dogs and would love a laid back, social canine companion, but cats aren’t really his vibe.
What makes this even harder to understand is just how much Picasso has to give.
He is loyal. Fun-loving. Intelligent. Gentle. Full of heart.
He doesn’t need perfection.
He doesn’t need something fancy.
He just needs someone to finally say, “You’re mine.” ❤️
