MEET GEOFFREY & DUKE!!! (WESTERN CAPE)

Geoffrey is a good looking 5 year old large sized male Labrador mix and Duke is an 18 month old medium sized male mixed breed.

They are very bonded and their humans would love it if they could be adopted together, however we know this isn’t always an option. They can be separated if needed.

Both dogs are great with other dogs and cats too.

Geoffrey very sweet and affectionate dog. He loves company and follows you around like a shadow. It doesn’t matter what you are doing as long as he is there with you. Geoffrey enjoys walks but gets nervous around new dogs on a lead. He walks well on and off the lead and stays close to you. He does not like walking next to the road and is nervous around cars. But loves an open field or the beach to walk. He grew up around cats and dogs but is unsure of small children. He loves playing with a rope or ball but is also happy to do his own thing and lay with you. Geoffrey is very soft and gentle and loves people’s company. He thinks he is a small dog in a big body.

Duke is an energetic, rough-and-tumble boy. He enjoys playing and wrestling with his brother Geoffrey and follows him around everywhere. Duke enjoys playing in the water and will make himself as muddy as he likes, but baths are not his favourite thing. Duke doesn’t enjoy walking on a lead but would love to be off leash in an open field to run. enjoys eating and chewing on marrow bones and hooves and will gnaw on them for hours. He is very sweet and cuddly in the mornings and the best sort of comfort during the cold winter months.
