If loyalty had a face, it would be Duke. ❤️
This gorgeous 7-year-old Anatolian Shepherd mix is a big, gentle soul with an even bigger heart.
His family absolutely adores him, so having to find him a new home has been incredibly difficult. Sadly, they are relocating overseas for work, and Duke (along with his best friend Izzy) now needs a loving family to continue his story.
Duke’s life didn’t start out easy. As a tiny pup he had to be bottle-fed after his mom was poisoned, but this brave boy grew into the most loving, gentle companion you could ever hope for.
Despite his size, Duke is really just a soft, cuddly shadow who wants to be wherever his humans are. He’s what we lovingly call a “Velcro dog” — if you move, Duke moves too… yes, even if you’re heading to the bathroom! 😄
He’s happiest living a simple, peaceful life:
🐾 Sleeping indoors at night
🌞 Enjoying the garden during the day
🚶♂️ Going for relaxed walks (he’s great on the lead!)
🍗 Dreaming about his favourite thing in the world… food!
Duke shares a very special bond with his adopted sister Izzy. They’ve grown up together and sleep side-by-side every night. Our dream would be for them to find a home together, but we do understand that this isn’t always possible.
He gets along beautifully with dogs, cats, and children, and will keep you smiling with his goofy personality. And although he’s a big boy… he’s still convinced he’s lap-dog sized. 🐶💛
Duke isn’t just a dog — he’s a loyal friend, a gentle protector, and a constant companion who will fill your home with love and laughter.
