Amor is an extremely beautiful 4 year old female Boerboel.
She is a highly affectionate dog, who absolutely loves her people. She will melt into both chest and ear scratches.
She adores meeting new people and is passionate about spending time with her human friends.
Amor is of a higher energy level and thoroughly enjoys playing tug-a-war or racing to retrieve any thrown toy.
Being a confident dog, she needs a person who will be her strong leader. As she wants to be her person’s second-in-command.
Amor is good with older, more sensible children.
She is good with other dogs who let her be the first in the dog-pack. She is not good with dominant dogs or dogs that challenge her. We would not place her with small dogs. She is best suited to a submissive male of her size. She is not good with cats.
She has a full personality and responds very well to consistent discipline integrated with praise and encouragement.
Amor will love you to bits, being your best friend and doing her utmost to delight you with her cheerful personality.
She is NOT a guard dog but a family member.
