Allegra is clever, energetic, and bursting with life. She loves to please, learns quickly, and would thrive with training, adventure, and a human who wants a true best friend. 🐕🦺✨
She’s fully house-trained, sleeps inside, and believes morning cuddles are non-negotiable ☀️🤍 She’ll happily let you know when someone arrives at the gate — but she is NOT a guard dog. She’s a protector of hearts, not property.
True to the German Shepherd way, Allegra bonds deeply. She is a one-person kind of girl, loyal to her core and protective of “her” human. 💕
Sadly, her current owner is very elderly and simply can’t give her the mental stimulation, training, and activity she needs to shine. This isn’t her fault — and it’s breaking her heart. 💔
Allegra needs to be kept busy and engaged. She would do best as an only dog or with a calm male companion of similar size or breed. She’s used to cats (and even pigs! 🐷😄), but we can’t guarantee how she’d be with new kitty friends.
She hasn’t been around children, but she’s never shown aggression toward visitors. Her biggest enemy? Hadedas who sneak inside to steal her food 😆🦜
Allegra isn’t asking for much — just time, love, guidance, and a human who chooses her. In return, she’ll give you loyalty, devotion, and a once-in-a-lifetime bond.
